With over $36 million invested since it entered the state in 2019, Havenpark continues to enhance infrastructure, add new amenities, and create enduring value for current and future residents. 

Upgrades and improvements across Havenpark’s Minnesota properties include resurfacing roads, repairing concrete pathways, and upgrading amenities such as playgrounds and community clubhouses.

Havenpark’s commitment to the well-being of its residents goes beyond physical infrastructure. Through its Education Success Program, the company has provided scholarships to residents, helping them pursue post-secondary education. In December 2024, six Minnesota residents received scholarships to support their academic endeavors. This initiative also provides mentorship and guidance to help residents succeed in their educational journeys. Since its creation in 2021, Havenpark has awarded scholarships to 15 Minnesota residents.
