Company investments in infrastructure, amenities and community upkeep enhance residents’ quality of life and support long-term value
OREM, Utah – In recognition of National Curb Appeal Month, Havenpark Communities, an owner and operator of manufactured home communities, is highlighting its ongoing investments that help create attractive, safe, and welcoming neighborhoods for residents. Havenpark continues to advance its more than $70 million investment plan for 2026, building on the $47.3 million the company invested in 2025.
“Curb appeal is about so much more than how a community looks. It reflects the care, attention and long-term investment that go into creating a place residents are proud to call home,” said Robbie Pratt, CEO and co-founder of Havenpark Communities. “From improving roads and utilities to upgrading playgrounds, lighting and landscaping, each project is intended to make everyday life better for our residents and strengthen our communities for years to come.”
Well-maintained surroundings can contribute to communities where homeowners build stability, equity, and pride of ownership. Research conducted by the Urban Institute using Federal Housing Finance Agency data indicates that, from 2000 to 2024, manufactured home values increased at a rate comparable to site-built homes, countering the common belief that manufactured homes depreciate in value like vehicles. Homes in Havenpark communities regularly resell for more than their original purchase price, while continued investments in infrastructure, amenities and upkeep help maintain communities where residents are proud to live.
Havenpark’s 2026 investments include infrastructure improvements and new or upgraded amenities, such as playgrounds, sports courts, community centers, utilities, signage, and lighting. At mid-year, Havenpark has completed 500 improvement projects in 2026, with 1,960 projects underway, including 1,164 kicked off since January. These figures exclude home-related projects.
Recent investments include a $1.1 million road improvement project and a $95,000 playground upgrade at Tavares Cove, a $1 million road project and $148,000 landscaping project at Zenith Terrace, and new monument signage at Autumn Ridge, North Creek and Southern Hills. Havenpark has also completed lighting improvements at Meadow Manor, Hidden River North and The Landing of Pearland.
“Maintaining a great community takes consistent effort from people who understand what residents need,” said Jerry Fenstermaker, Senior Vice President of Field Operations at Havenpark Communities. “Our community managers, maintenance teams and capital projects staff work together every day to identify needs, address issues and care for the places our residents call home. Their work is what turns these investments into meaningful improvements for residents.”
Havenpark’s approach reflects a long-term commitment to both its residents and the communities in which they live. From 2020 through 2025, the company invested nearly $180 million in capital improvements, including road repairs, utility upgrades, playgrounds, landscaping, streetlights, signage and other projects intended to improve safety, accessibility and quality of life. With more than $70 million in additional investments planned for 2026, Havenpark’s total community investments from 2020 through 2026 are expected to reach nearly $250 million.
During National Curb Appeal Month and throughout the year, Havenpark is committed to maintaining communities where residents can take pride in where they live. By enhancing infrastructure, maintaining attractive shared spaces and supporting dedicated on-site teams, the company continues to strengthen neighborhoods that are safe, welcoming and built to serve residents for years to come.
