At Havenpark Communities, our top priority is the health and safety of our residents, employees, and communities across America. We have been closely monitoring the evolving situation of COVID-19 / Coronavirus and are looking to the World Health Organization (WHO) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) for advice and actions to protect our communities and to keep you safe.

Please note the following updates so that you can stay healthy and informed:

You should have received a notice in the mail in the last few days with details regarding online payments via the Resident Portal. Your personalized mailer will have a unique registration code that will allow you to register for the Resident Portal and to make payments online. We strongly encourage you to participate in our online payments system to minimize trips to your community office and to limit exposure to fellow community members. For those of you who successfully register by March 31, 2020, you will receive $25 off April’s site rent and be entered in a raffle where you will be elligible to win 2 months free rent or free site rent for a year! Once registered, to make online payments, please visit www.havenparkcommunities.com and click on “Residents” where you will be prompted to visit the Resident Portal. Visit www.havenparkcommunities.com and click on “Residents” to access our announcements page for daily and weekly updates relating to the Coronavirus and other changes to operating hours and procedures. We will also share information we learn from the Federal Government regarding individual assistance during times of hardship related to the Coronavirus outbreak for those of you who may be seeking assistance.

Following recommendations from local and federal agencies, all community amenities are temporarily closed to keep our communities healthy.

All Havenpark Communities managers and staff are still on site providing essential services to our residents. If you need to get in touch with them, you are encouraged to contact them by phone rather than in-person visits. Office Hours during this time are as follows: Monday-Friday 9AM-6PM; Saturday 10AM-3PM. If these hours should change, they will be listed on the office doors and at www.havenparkcommunities.com on the “Residents” page. Should you experience hardship during this time, please contact your Community Manager by phone to see how we can help.

We are taking these proactive steps during this unprecedented time in the best interest of your personal health and safety, and that of your neighbors.
