The Golden Ticket Sales Event

From October 1st to December 31st 2020, Havenpark launched the Golden Ticket Event! New renters and buyers were entered into a drawing for two grand prizes: a new, 65″ Samsung smart TV, or a new Chevy Equinox. This event was a great display of how homeownership is attainable to all of our applicants!

Marquis Dorsey- Winner of the new Samsung 65″ Smart TV
Marquis moved into our latest Havenpark community, Rivers Edge. Our team at Rivers Edge awarded him on the 8th of January, 2021, with his new TV!
He told our community staff, “I have never won any raffle before, I figured it was over. I can’t wait until the weather warms up and I can get to know more of my neighbors. The one’s that live right around me are awesome. I am so excited to watch what happens in the spring with the new homes and all the things you guys are working on. I especially can’t wait for the first real community event.” Congrats Marquis!
Amanda Paulson- Winner of the 2020 Chevy Equinox
Amanda, from Fenton, MI, won the new car! We are so excited to award this to her. Amanda is really kicking off 2021 to a great start with a new home, and her brand new 2020 Equinox. The team at Pine Ridge was thrilled to award her this amazing prize. “I was so in shock when I found out I won the car. I feel very fortunate and lucky! Thank you to Pine Ridge and Havenpark Communities for this opportunity” said Amanda. We are so thrilled for the winners and we look forward to more events like this in the future.
