Havenpark Communities Awards Record 45 Scholarships Through Growing Education Success Program

Havenpark’s Education Success Program has awarded 146 scholarships to support residents’ pursuit of higher education since the program’s inception in 2021.

OREM, Utah, August 13, 2025 – Havenpark Communities, an operator and developer of manufactured home communities, today announced it has awarded academic scholarships to 45 residents through its Education Success Program—the largest class in the program’s history. Now in its fifth year, the initiative has provided 146 scholarships to residents pursuing post-secondary education at colleges, universities, and vocational schools across the country.

This year’s recipients represent 25 Havenpark communities in 12 states, with 78 percent of awardees being first-generation college students. Each student will receive up to $10,000 per year to help cover tuition and academic expenses.

“In just five years, the Education Success Program has grown from an idea to a core pillar of how we invest in the long-term success of our residents,” said Robbie Pratt, CEO of Havenpark Communities. “These students embody the spirit of hard work and possibility that define our communities. This program honors the vision of the late Havenpark Co-Founder J. Anthony Antonelli, whose legacy continues to inspire and open doors for the next generation.”

Launched in 2021 with two scholarship recipients, the Education Success Program today represents one of the most significant resident-focused education investments in the manufactured housing sector. In addition to financial support, the program provides participants with access to one-on-one mentoring and online learning. Havenpark allocates a minimum of $500,000 annually to fund the initiative.

“Each recipient has demonstrated extraordinary drive, resilience, and potential,” said Dr. Jason Hale, director of education success at Havenpark Communities. “We are proud to walk alongside them on their educational journeys and to be a small part of their big futures.”

Havenpark hosted a virtual celebration on April 23 to recognize this year’s scholarship recipients and their families.
