Changes to Operating Procedures Due to COVID-19
To: All Residents
The health and safety of Havenpark Communities’ employees and residents continues to be our highest priority. As we continue to actively monitor developments related to the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), we want to assure you that we are taking all necessary precautions in accordance with the Center for Disease Control (CDC), World Health Organization (WHO), state health departments, and other governmental advisory agencies. Please continue to remain calm, which is the best response to any challenge.
These essential services allow us to provide residents with a safe, secure place to call home.
Please continue to utilize phone and email to interact with community staff, whenever possible.
As previously communicated, residents are encouraged to sign up for the Resident Portal for maximum convenience and to minimize in person contact with community staff.
Conversely, certain non-urgent maintenance or repair work may need to be performed at a later date. Please be patient during this time, as employee and resident safety is our top priority.
Following recommendations from local and federal agencies, all community amenities are temporarily closed to keep our communities healthy.
As you know, the circumstances surrounding the COVID-19 pandemic are rapidly evolving, with drastic shifts in federal, state, and local guidelines and laws happening on a frequent basis. Havenpark will continue to act in accordance with the most current circumstances, guidelines, and laws and will provide updates as necessary.
