Havenpark resident Audrey Hall attends United Tribes Technical College.
OREM, Utah, December 13, 2024, Havenpark Communities, an operator and developer of manufactured home communities in North Dakota and nationwide, awarded an academic scholarship to Audrey Hall, who is attending United Tribes Technical College. The scholarship, worth up to $10,000 annually, is part of Havenpark’s annual J. Anthony Antonelli Scholarship for residents. Havenpark awarded scholarships to 42 students from its communities in 2024 to help cover expenses for colleges, universities, trade, and vocational schools.

His commitment to education and community is a guiding force for us, and we are proud to carry forward his legacy by supporting the next generation of leaders,” said Havenpark Co-Founder and CEO Robbie Pratt.
Havenpark dedicates at least $500,000 annually to its Education Success Program, established in 2021 by co-founder J. Anthony Antonelli. Growing up in mobile home communities, Antonelli faced many barriers to education. After his passing earlier this year, the scholarship was renamed in Antonelli’s honor to recognize his legacy and commitment to creating pathways for educational enrichment and success. Since the Education Success Program’s inception, Havenpark has awarded academic scholarships to 101 residents and provided mentoring and guidance for current and prospective students pursuing higher education. For the last two years, Multi-Housing News has recognized Havenpark’s Education Success Program by awarding he Humanitarian Award.
