OREM, Utah, December 12, 2024 – Havenpark Communities, an operator and developer of manufactured home communities in Michigan and across the country, awarded academic scholarships to nine Michigan students. The scholarships, worth up to $10,000 annually, are part of Havenpark’s Annual J. Anthony Antonelli Scholarship for residents. In 2024, Havenpark awarded 42 students from across its communities with scholarships to cover expenses for colleges, universities, trade, and vocational schools.
“We believe that education is a catalyst for change. Our scholarship program not only helps students pursue their academic dreams but also empowers them to transform their futures,” said Havenpark co-founder and CEO Robbie Pratt. “We are proud to support these individuals on their educational journeys.”
Havenpark’s scholarships were awarded to the following students from its Michigan communities:
- Zoey Blanchard, Siena Heights University
- Kaileigh Garza, University of Michigan
- Ariana Hennessey, Full Sail University
- Mallorie Hollenbeck, Northwood University
- Jason Kay, Northwestern Michigan College
- Katlyn Laforge, Western Governors University
- Kelissa Miranda, MIAT College of Technology
- Mariah North, Saginaw Valley State University
- Kayleen Scott, West Shore Community College
Havenpark proudly dedicates a minimum of $500,000 annually to its Education Success Program, an initiative founded in 2021 by Havenpark co-founder J. Anthony Antonelli. Growing up in mobile home communities, Antonelli overcame significant barriers to education, and the program was renamed in his honor following his passing earlier this year, celebrating his legacy and unwavering commitment to fostering educational opportunities. Since its inception, the Education Success Program has awarded 101 scholarships to residents and offered vital mentoring and support to students seeking higher education.

On December 5, 2024, Havenpark received Multi-Housing News’ Humanitarian Award for the second consecutive year, recognizing Havenpark’s commitment to enriching the lives of its residents through education.
