OREM, Utah, December 11, 2024, Havenpark Communities, an operator and developer of manufactured home communities in Alabama and across the country, awarded academic scholarships to six Alabama students. The scholarships, worth up to $10,000 annually, are part of Havenpark’s annual J. Anthony Antonelli Scholarship for residents. In 2024, Havenpark awarded 42 students from across its communities with scholarships to cover expenses for colleges, universities, trade, and vocational schools.

Havenpark’s scholarships were awarded to the following students, who are all attending Auburn University:

- Chaney Grace Britnell
- Bridgett Cobb
- Skylar Johnson
- Gracie Lynn
- Alexander Simmons
Havenpark is proud to invest at least $500,000 annually into its Education Success Program, founded in 2021 by co-founder J. Anthony Antonelli. Acknowledging the challenges he faced in mobile home communities as a child, the scholarship was renamed in Antonelli’s honor following his recent passing, reflecting his commitment to education. Since its launch, the Education Success Program has successfully granted scholarships to 101 residents while also providing mentorship and guidance to those pursuing their educational dreams. Havenpark also received Multi-Housing News’ Humanitarian Award for its Education Success Program in 2023 and 2024.

This program provides essential resources such as scholarships and mentorship to help residents thrive.
