OREM, UTAH (June 10, 2024) — Havenpark Communities is proud to announce over $600,000 in community improvements at its Swartz Creek Estates community in Swartz Creek, Michigan. Driven by a commitment to caring community living, Havenpark has invested in nearly every amenity at the community and updated much of the essential infrastructure found at Swartz Creek Estates. All 176 homesites in Swartz Creek Estates benefit from these community improvements.

Since acquiring the property in 2018, Havenpark has invested over $200,000 to upgrade the community playground and leasing office, and refresh landscaping throughout the neighborhood. Improvements were also made to roads, as well as services including electrical, water, and sewage infrastructure. Residents also appreciated upgrades to their driveways, sheds, and more.

 Vickie Elliot, who moved to Swartz Creek Estates last year, is happy with her community. “I was looking to move back to Michigan to be closer to family in the Swartz Creek area and … I have been extremely pleased with the community. It is well-maintained, and [the community and regional managers] Alison and John are very responsive and helpful,” said Elliot.

Each aspect of Swartz Creek Estates has been shaped with the community in mind; double-wide homes offer both luxury and privacy, and on-site maintenance and management ensure that resident needs are promptly met. Turnover at Swartz Creek Estates is low and demand for a home there is high, with the community receiving a record number of applications from interested home buyers this year.
