Information on Missouri State Financial Assistance Programs and Resources Due to COVID-19

To help our Residents through these unprecedented times arising from the COVID-19 pandemic, Havenpark Communities has compiled a list of Missouri state financial programs and resources that may be available to you.

- MISSOURI STATE RESOURCES FOR INDIVIDUALS
- Expanded Unemployment Benefits
If you are currently unemployed (due to layoffs, furloughs, or reduction in workforce) due to
COVID-19, you may be eligible for expanded unemployment benefits.
- Summary of Program: On April 4, 2020, Missouri received guidance for the Federal Pandemic
Unemployment Compensation (FPUC) program that provides an eligible individual with $600
per week in addition to the weekly benefit amount he or she receives from other
unemployment compensation programs. The Missouri Department of Labor is in the process
of waiving any waiting week requirement served for all claims filed as a result of the
coronavirus. - Who is Eligible: Missouri unemployment benefits are available to any individual who is unemployed through no fault of his or her own.

- Missouri Income Tax Filing Deadlines Extended for Individuals and Businesses
Missouri has extended tax filing deadlines to July 15, 2020, and the state is waiving any interest
and penalties for returns and payments made on or before July 15, 2020.

- Missouri SBA Disaster Loans
Small businesses located entirely within the state of Missouri may be eligible for the Small Business
Disaster Loan Program.

- Missouri Shared Work Program
The Shared Work Unemployment Compensation Program is an alternative to layoffs for
employers faced with a reduction in available work. It allows an employer to divide the
available work among a specified group of affected employees instead of a layoff. These
employees receive a portion of their unemployment benefits while working reduced hours.
